These terms apply to the stays offered by Wavesky LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA — business ID 0008104818), hereinafter "Wavesky".
1. Booking and deposit
A stay is confirmed once a deposit of €50 per person has been paid online through our secure payment partner WeTravel. You may also pay for the full stay online when booking.
2. Paying the balance
The balance is charged automatically by WeTravel, to the payment method used for the deposit, 15 days before the arrival date. For bookings made less than 15 days before arrival, the full stay is paid when booking. Prices are per person for the chosen length of stay (4 to 15 nights).
3. What's included
- A daily 2-hour surf lesson with a certified coach and free surfing with the gear
- Daily one-hour yoga class
- Accommodation of the chosen type, bed linen and towels provided
- Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Transfer from Agadir airport on arrival
Not included: flights, the return transfer (may be offered under conditions), à la carte activities, drinks outside meals and travel insurance.
4. Cancellation
If the guest cancels, the €50 deposit is non-refundable; any balance already charged is refunded in full. If the stay was paid in full when booking, the amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Changing dates
Date changes can be requested on WhatsApp or by email, subject to availability. The deposit paid is carried over to the new dates.
6. Safety and level
Surfing is a sport: guests confirm they can swim and are in good physical condition. Coaches choose spots according to conditions and each guest's level; their safety instructions must be followed. Travel insurance covering sports activities is strongly recommended.
